Your Questions, Answered

  • We take reservations online and over the phone. The Red Lion Inn, our sister property down the road in Stockbridge, MA can assist you with after-hours reservations or other requests. The number is 413-298-5545.

  • We will email or text your room number & door code just before your check in.

    Check-in is at 3:00PM.

    Check-out is just as simple! Any time before 11am – when you are ready, you can leave your room and your receipt from your stay will be emailed to you.

  • Your credit card will hold the reservation and may be charged up to 48 hours prior to your stay. There will be a full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 2 days prior to your arrival date, by 3pm. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night’s room rate and tax.
