  • We will email or text your room number & door code just before your check in.

    Check-in is at 3:00PM.

    Check-out is just as simple! Any time before 11am – when you are ready, you can leave your room and your receipt from your stay will be emailed to you.

  • You need to be 18 years old to check into a hotel in MA.

  • Your credit card will hold the reservation and may be charged up to 48 hours prior to your stay. There will be a full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 2 days prior to your arrival date, by 3pm. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night’s room rate and tax.

  • Yes, pets are welcome free of charge at The Little Lion Inn.

  • We want to ensure a safe, comfortable stay for you and our fellow guests. As a courtesy we ask that the following guidelines be observed:

    • Be sure to clean up after your pet. Dogs are not permitted to dig or relieve themselves in the gardens. Solid waste MUST be removed and disposed of in the designated area.

    • Please be sure to take your pets out with enough time so that there are no accidents in the room.

    • Please do not groom/bathe your pets in the room and do not allow pets on the beds

    • Pets must be on a leash at all times when you are walking outside as to be considerate of other guests. Well behaved pets CAN be left unattended in your room.

    • Disturbance or intimidation by your pet will not be tolerated. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guest satisfaction.

    • The Little Lion Inn reserves the right to charge your account proportionate to the cost of such damages. Please be aware of your responsibility to make reimbursements on demand for any expenses incurred including compensation to other guests due to disturbances or inconveniences caused by your pet.

    • Please acknowledge that you will hold harmless The Little Lion, its owners and its operators from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.

  • There are no additional pet fees.

  • Our lobby is open for guest enjoyment daily from  7:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Please note that this space is monitored to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all.  If you need any assistance, please call 413-298-5545.

  • You are welcomed (and encouraged) to use the year-round heated pool and hot tub at our sister property, The Red Lion Inn

  • Room service is not provided during your stay. If you need any additional items, please contact the Front Desk at The Red Lion Inn. Please note that delivery may take a little time.

  • Smoking or vaping is not allowed in guest rooms. Any smell or indication of smoking or vaping will result in an additional charge of $250. There is a cigarette receptacle on the North side front lawn. Thank you for only smoking or vaping outside.
